If you're feeling, or have ever felt hopeless, you're not alone. Journaling may not make the problems looming over us go away, but it can be a powerful tool to help us navigate through our challenges, process our trauma, and think through problems. In this way, journaling can help us keep our hope alive and take it one step at a time. In this mini-retreat, we'll do guided journaling, breathing, and meditation to process what's weighing on us, release, and center on hope.
